A lot people living without permit so there is tons of garbage around dumpster and in hallways and stairways. The knobs were missing and will not ignite the grill. Upon move out these grills were in the same condition even after reports to the office several times.

It's a great location and the apartment is large and pretty nice after you try to get rid of all the bugs yourself, but nothing else good about it. It would actually be a neat place if it was taken care of, but not worth the money at this point. When you live in PCB, you’ll have an abundance of water activities, such as parasailing and boating, at your fingertips. A variety of amusement parks call this place home.
